Verification

Verifying a social account with a bio code

Prove you own an account by adding a short code to its bio.

  1. Go to Accounts and add your TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or X handle.
  2. Copy the code we give you. It starts with RR and is valid for 24 hours.
  3. Paste it anywhere in the bio of that account and save.
  4. Press Check. We also recheck pending codes automatically for 24 hours.
  5. Once it shows Verified you can remove the code from your bio.

Why we ask

Only the owner of an account can edit its bio, so the code proves the account is yours. It is how we make sure the clips you submit are really your posts.

Trouble verifying?

  • Check the code is in the bio, not a pinned post or comment.
  • Some platforms take a few minutes to show bio changes publicly.
  • If the code expired, ask for a new one and paste that instead.
  • Still stuck? Message support and our team can verify the account by hand.

Each account can be linked to one RaveRewards user. If someone else linked your handle, message support with proof and we will sort it out.
