Instagram only shares view counts and insights for professional accounts. Personal accounts cannot be tracked reliably, so campaigns that pay for Instagram need a Creator or Business account.

How to switch

  1. Open Instagram settings and choose account type and tools.
  2. Switch to a professional account and pick Creator.
  3. Your posts, followers and handle stay the same. You can switch back later.

How views are read
