Getting started

Creating your account

One account works for creating and for running campaigns. Here is how to set it up.

Sign up with your email and a password of at least 8 characters. Some installs also offer Google sign in. We send a link to confirm your email address; some actions stay locked until you confirm it.

Creator or brand

Everyone starts with the same account. Creators go straight to their dashboard. Brands create an organisation (the brand name, logo and website) and land in the brand workspace. You can do both from one login.

Age and eligibility

You must be at least 18 to use RaveRewards. See the creator terms for the full eligibility rules.

Use reset your password. The link in the email works once and expires after a short time.
