Bans and account actions

Brand bans

A brand can ban a creator from all of its campaigns when rejecting a clip for abuse or fraud. You can still use RaveRewards and join other brands' campaigns.

Platform bans

Our team can ban an account from RaveRewards for fake engagement, fraud or serious breaches of the terms. Banned accounts cannot join campaigns, submit clips or withdraw, and the social accounts linked to them cannot be linked again.

Your balance

Money from clips that were approved and settled is not cancelled by a ban, except where it has to cover losses from confirmed fraud. Unsettled earnings from the clips involved go back to the campaign.

Appeals

You can appeal a platform ban once, in writing, through support. A person who was not involved in the original decision reviews it.
